Batman Jla

What would be a good Marvel graphic novel to start with?
I’ve already read plenty of DC graphic novels (Batman and JLA) but I’m wondering what I should start with with when I start reading Marvel soon. And it doesn’t matter if it’s X-Men, Avengers, Iron Man, Spider-man, Fantastic Four or any other heroes.
Personally, I think all of the Punisher by Garth Ennis is the cream of the crop. BUT, If you are into the more team oriented stuff, I’d cehck out the Avengers Disassembled, then go into the Civil War stuff. Bendis is great.
The Wolverine: Origin story was pretty awesome as well.
The Ultimate lines are pretty cool too, especially for a newbie. they “retell” the origins of many of the long time characters in an updated format. The UIltimates (Avengers), Ultimate Spider-man, X-Men, etc.
