In sonic and the black knight how do you unlock jet cos all i need is him and king arthur?

Can anyone help me because i know its a mission in the Great Megalith but i’m not sure which one.

To get King Arthur you have to collect all of those King arthur books, there are five of them, I can’t remember what its called but you can equip something to get better treasures. Normally having this equipped and giving rings to the villigers will help you get these quicker
