How should i set up my new comic site?

Hey guys, so me and a friend are really serious about starting our own online comic. So far we have a few already written, a scanner, and photoshop to touch it up (and color). Now all we need is a site. I’m hoping i can get some suggestions. If you need anymore info just ask but right now i can tell you that:
We don’t want a free one
It must be able to host pictures (obviously)
There should be a place for news and info

You can try to use a blog in the beginning so you can receive feedbacks from your readers.
