Action Comic #1(superman) with the silver 50 years logo on the bottom of the page.. what is it worth?

Obviously it is a reprint, but since it says 50 years on it, does it mean 1988 it was published? If I keep this baby stored and in its NM condition, will it be worth anything?

Depending on who you ask, it could be worth anything from $3.00 to $10.00.

Printed in 1988 (Supermans’ 50th anniversary), this little MacGuffin has caused many people to think they had a gold-mine on their hands several years later (mostly during the Speculator Boom and Bust of the 90s).
