I’m trying to find artists who convey forms of narrative, sequence or even comic style art for an essay.

No 30 minutes on Roy Lichtenstein? Really?

If you bring in where the effect is coming from and what imagery he is using and show it you will fill half an hour without problem. And you have not told anything about the man himself.

If you have to, bring in Andy Warhol and the OP-art and pop-art movements. It should be a well rounded presentation.
