I’m trying to hook up a laptop to my network (that 3 other laptops connect to fine) but can’t seem to get this to connect without getting this message: Windows was unable to find a certificate to log you on to the network.

call you service provider;; call the company who made the laptop. most people on here will put a really inteligent looking answer when they are really just talking out their a$$. [they have no idea what they r talking about.] some people even enjoy telling you the wrong things to do so u damage it even further. hope this somewhat helps. just be careful following instructions others give;; becuase it may just lock u out of ur laptop ect.
