Well, Semper Fi – I’ve had you as a Contact for a while, but have never answered any of your questions, although I read a lot of them and appreciate your good heart (not to mention your gift for poetry). I was reading the answers to your VERY funny question, and since no one saw the humor, I decided to put on my “YA” cape and come to your rescue! 
It’s a bird…It’s a plane…No, it’s a Super Delegate! Able to leap tall buildings in a single bound. (If people can’t get the humor in this, I feel sorry for them.)
I have to confess though – I have absolutely NO idea what a “Super Delegate” is. So, since I “get” your humor, maybe you can inform me! [hahaha] Seriously, please, someone tell me what the heck is the difference between a plain ‘ole “Delegate” and a “SUPER Delegate”, other than they can leap those tall buildings in those sexy tights and cape.
