This company is making service calls within our senior community, here in Texas, saying they are an approved sponsor of our electric company for improving energy efficiency in our homes. They say this is a result of the deregulation of the electric industry and the fact that The Public Utility Commission of Texas has developed the program that they are presenting. Has anyone heard of this? Is it legitimate?
