Issue Run
I have water sloshing Stomach when I run is this an issue?
So I am an active runner, I run about 5 times a week, 30 miles total. Once in a while I have serious amounts of water sloshing around in my stomach and gas problems while I am running. It is quite uncomfortable and also embarrasing because you can actually hear the liquids moving around. Is this due to dehydration?
i think its due to drinking alot of fluid quickly. i used to get that alot when i played soccer. the only time i would drink was at halftime and i would down a huge bottle of water or gatorade and then start running immediatly after..it really does feel weird and its gross to hear it so i feel ur pain. it might go away if u drink less at once and space it out so u never feel really thirsty like that. my stepmother runs marathons and never has sloshing water (i asked lol) so maybe its all about the amount u drink at once…good luck
