What DC comic book series should I read to get the story of what’s going on in the DC Universe?
I asked a similar question a while back, but in reference to the Marvel universe, and I got New Avengers and any special series as my answer. And that worked quite well for me, so I assume that JLA is the series I need to be reading on the DC side, but it seems that Green Lantern and Batman are tied in pretty well also.
I would just wait for a few weeks. In a few weeks, DC is releasing a limited by weekly series called DCU: LEGACIES. It’ll recap everything that has happened in the DC universe featuring the writing and art of some of hte most declarated writeres and artists of the DCU. I would just wait for that. Everything else is all tied up within stories or events so just wait for Legacies. It’ll be worth it.
