Spider man movie oscorp question. ?

My memorie is a little vague of the movies and I do enjoy the spider man trilogy and wished their had been fourth and not a reboot but what can you do, anyways Norman Osborn died in the first movie and i assume harry Gained control of the company but after he dies in the third movie who then got control of oscorp? Because I’m pretty the only charaters to actually die in the original spider man (steve ditko, stan lee and john romita) comics was Ben Parker and Gwen Stacey.
