How long will it take to run from Old Swinford Hospital, to Buffery Road, Dudley?
Hi there,
I am planning to run, this friday, from Old Swinford Hospital School, to Buffery Road, Dudley. Please can someone tell me how long it will take me, and how fast i will need to run.

To start with it depends how old/fit you are, plus you neglected to state the distance and as I don’t know the area I can’t even begin to give you a time. If you are a young lad I would have thought you could work on 6/7/8 minutes per mile depending on the road being flat or hilly, and if it’s a long long way if you can sustain the speed for the distance, this should give you a rough idea but don’t take my word for it as I am 67 years old.
