Secret Six Pack, When Tighten Stomach, Anyone Else Have This?
So I’m a pretty skinny guy I have to say and I noticed I had these secret six pack abs when I was laying down and sat up, then I saw them, also when I sit down and tighten my stomach, you can see it very clearly, but then when I let go of my stomach, it returns to normal, and they’re not there anymore.
Does anyone else know what I’m talking about? I call them the “Secret Abs” lol
Note: It only happens when I tighten my stomach or am bending over, it does show if I try to tighten my stomach as I’m standing up but not as much. It shows a lot better when I’m either sitting down and I tighten it.
I have it. It really sucks because I’m fat when I don’t flex them so whenever I take my shirt off I have to remember to flex them so I look somewhat attractive. You should work them out so then you can have real ones. That’s what I’m doing.
