Superboy Bizarro

Is having more than one evil doppelganger too many?
Superman for example has Bizarro but he also has Ultraman, and Eradicator and Cyborg Superman and Superboy-Prime.
Spider-Man has all those symbiotes (Venom, Anti-Venom, Carnage, etc.)
Does that ever get confusing?
Superman also has Superman-Prime:

Sure does. I think the novel of the doppelganger wears when too many are introduced for one person.
