Who will be the villain(s)in the upcoming Avengers film?

Ok,it’s not for a few years yet,but who will Cap America,Iron Man,Hulk and Thor do battle with?
Has to be someone or something from outer space…doesn’t it?

Everything I’ve read points to Hulk being the villian who then eventually joins the Avengers at the end. I’m sure there will be one of the not-so-major villians involved as well who the Avengers and Hulk team up to defeat…not anyone like Kang the Conqueror, Red Skull, Mandarin, etc.
