In the movie Thor what exactly happened i’n the end?
In the movie Thor what exactly is the brother trying to do? Waa he a bad guy i’n the end? He was trying to destroy the frost people?
Thor’s brother (Loki) is revealed in some place during the film as one of the baby frost giants. After Thor is banished to earth, Loki becomes king and he lets the frost giants into Asgard to destroy it. Before the main frost giant can kill Odin (Thor and Loki’s father), Loki betrays the frost giant and kills him, trying to look worthy as a king to Odin. When Thor returns to Asgard, he fights Loki. Thor ends up destroying the rainbow bridge to stop Odin’s plan. Thor and Loki fall off the rainbow bridge but Odin saves them. Odin has found out what Loki has done, and feeling guilty, Loki allows himself to fall to his death (apparently).
So Loki pretended to look like a hero to become king. He was never intending to destroy the frost giants.
