What’s the difference between these two Wonder Woman action figures?

I’d like to purchase the Kingdom Come (Alex Ross) figure of Wonder Woman, but I’ve seen there’s the first wave and then a KC Reactivated model. They seem the same to me, can you please  tell me the main differences between the two?

I would go to E-Bay or Craig’s List. People that are REALLY into that kinda of stuff, know their $%!#. Ya know. And then you will be sure you are getting your $’s worth!
